Job summary

HOLT CAT in San Antonio seeks a Project Engineer 2 to lead Power Generation projects from initiation to startup and commissioning. You will be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, develop milestones, manage budgets, and deliver technical support to PSD customers.

You will model core values, collaborate across resources, and continuously pursue self-development while ensuring safety and quality in all project activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field required.
• Four to six years of experience in planning, scheduling, and/or project management, heavy equipment or construction management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model, promote, reinforce, and reward the use of Values Based Leadership tools and processes.
• Analyze and assist sales representatives in preparing competitive engine project cost estimates.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and implement project work plans to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Estimate resources, establish clear ownership for project tasks, and provide timely feedback.
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships and proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks.
• Provide technical resources to remove roadblocks and support PSD customers and stakeholders.
