HOLT Group’s Power Systems Division (PSD) is seeking a Project Engineer 3 in Irving, TX. This role leads power generation projects from initiation through startup and commissioning, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will develop milestones, manage budgets, and provide technical support to PSD customers.

The position emphasizes collaboration, process discipline, and ongoing professional development to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
• Six or more years of experience in planning, scheduling and/or project management, heavy equipment or construction management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Proficiency with MS Office including MS Project

Responsibilities

• Model, promote, reinforce, and reward the use of leadership tools and processes to ensure alignment with Vision, Values, and Mission
• Analyze and assist sales in preparing project cost estimates
• Evaluate and implement PSD work plans to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability
• Estimate resources, assign ownership, ensure team has necessary tools and provide timely feedback
• Develop and maintain relationships vital to project success and communicate status, issues, and risks to management
