Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in manufacturing, engineering, power systems, or engineered products to lead complex customer projects from kickoff to delivery. The role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Logistics, and customers.

Responsibilities include project scheduling, contract management, change orders, invoicing, and achieving financial milestones, with transformer or electrical/power industry experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field required.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineered-product environments.
• Knowledge of transformer or electrical/power industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of IEEE, NEMA, or ANSI standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex customer projects from kickoff through delivery, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Logistics, and customers.
• Handle project scheduling, contracts, and financial milestones.
• Coordinate change orders and invoicing to track milestones and success criteria.
• Engage in customer-facing project management and ensure compliance with industry standards.
