Job summary

HOLT CAT in Irving-Las Colinas seeks a Project Engineer 2 to drive power generation projects from initiation through startup and commissioning. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, develop milestones, manage budgets, and provide technical support for PSD customers.

You will model the company's mission and values daily, collaborate across departments, and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes while ensuring safety and compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4–6 years of project planning/management experience.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and/or project management with heavy equipment or construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project and Office suite; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Model, promote, and reinforce values-based leadership in daily work.
• Analyze and assist sales reps in preparing engine project cost estimates.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and milestones.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to management.
• Provide technical resources to remove roadblocks and support PSD customers.
• Ensure project documents are complete and stored properly.
• Conduct post-mortems and report on lessons learned.
