Job summary

HOLT Group is seeking a Project Engineer 3 in San Antonio to lead power generation projects from initiation through startup and commissioning. You will serve as the main contact for stakeholders and drive milestones, budgets, and technical support across PSD customers.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering required.
Six+ years of experience in planning, scheduling and/or project management, heavy equipment or construction management preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Model, promote, reinforce, and reward the use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with Vision, Values, and Mission.
Analyze and assist sales reps in preparing competitive engine project cost estimates to reach PSD goals.
Evaluate, prioritize, and implement project work plans for PSD to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability.
Estimate resources, establish ownership for tasks, ensure tools are available, and provide timely feedback.
Develop and maintain relationships vital to project success and communicate expectations and goals; report status to management.
Provide technical resources to remove roadblocks and support PSD customers and stakeholders.
Track progress, address issues, and identify solutions to meet deadlines with quality and customer goals.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored properly.
