Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Resource for Operations staff providing technical, administrative and training support for project development, with emphasis on project engineering. Reports to the Operations Manager or Regional Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include constructability reviews, safety/compliance, rollout of new technologies on job sites, development of procedures manuals, and collaboration with architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of formal engineering/architectural training.
• Minimum 15 years of building construction experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform constructability reviews during preconstruction.
• Support GMP or estimate preparation as required.
• Develop, train and evaluate engineering personnel.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, ethics and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers and coordinate meetings.
• Review and improve procedures manuals and develop new ones.
• Collect best practices and share risk management insights.
