Job summary

The role requires deep knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, and purchasing, plus leadership and communication skills to guide engineering personnel and collaborate with architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering/architectural training.
• Minimum 15 years of building construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, and purchasing.
• Familiarity with Turner accounting procedures.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform constructability review during preconstruction and support GMP/estimates.
• Guide engineering staff and ensure safety, ethics, and compliance.
• Roll out new technologies on Turner jobsites.
• Lead project meetings and share lessons learned.
• Develop and update procedures manuals and checklists.
• Collaborate with architects/engineers and coordinate meetings.
• Oversee off-site document storage and retrieval.
