• Leading shipbuilding teams and Facilities Value Streams in defining project goals and requirements.
• Creating documents that articulate these goals and requirements and serve as the basis of design for the projects.
• Guiding the project delivery process and ensuring compliance with industry practices in consultant and constructor selection.
• Administering conceptual design and estimation efforts through specialized consultants.
• Monitoring and reviewing design documents for compliance with project goals and requirements.
