Job summary

CECO Environmental, based in Addison, TX, seeks a Project Engineer III to plan, coordinate, and execute complex engineering projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with design, procurement, construction, and QA to ensure budgets and schedules are met while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Mechanical or Structural Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of engineering experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and related business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes project specifications and translates requirements into design solutions.
• Provides engineering support to PM team on Original Equipment projects.
• Supports Aftermarket team with technical information and problem resolution.
• Reviews general arrangement and detail drawings and prepares equipment layouts.
• Interacts with vendors, customers, and engineers to address project issues.
• Completes project-specific engineering output including BOMs and drawings.
