Job summary

CECO Environmental, Addison, TX, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager with scheduling, subcontractors, and documentation across multiple functional areas. The role is full-time and onsite at our Addison office, with starting pay at $30.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of general office experience, a technical degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills. Experience with ERP systems and project management methods is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of general office experience; experience in manufacturing/engineering context preferred.
• Experience with proven project management techniques.
• Technical aptitude or certifications beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; MS Project and Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Tech/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and logistical support for multiple projects across functional lines.
• Manage document flow: sending, receiving, logging, archiving documents.
• Maintain document control database and project schedules; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare reports and assist in monitoring monthly progress (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
• Support invoicing by ensuring terms are met and aging is monitored.
• Assist in fabrication/engineering process knowledge to support projects more effectively.
