You will mentor staff, drive business development, and oversee budgets, reporting, and change orders while maintaining a strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field as listed in the ad.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required in each state of work.
• 5+ years of related experience in CMT
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to manage budgets, invoicing, and client relationships
• Proficiency with CMT software

Responsibilities

• Lead CMT projects from proposal through final delivery
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Review daily reports; resolve technical issues
• Manage budgets, invoicing, pay apps, and collections
• Prepare and review proposals and change orders
• Serve as primary client contact and lead project meetings
• Provide technical oversight for testing activities
• Mentor junior staff and develop team
• Support staffing decisions across projects
• Market services and develop client relationships
• Other project management and leadership duties as assigned
