Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Manager to join our College Park field services team. You will oversee project success from proposal through final invoice, consulting with clients and project teams to meet deadlines.

You will mentor junior managers, manage budgets, prepare proposals and change orders, and market ECS services while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field (engineering or geology) as listed.
• Minimum of 5 full years of relevant construction materials testing experience.
• Professional licensure such as PE or PG is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance if driving for ECS.
• Strong marketing and client relationship skills with excellent communication.
• Understanding of heavy construction safety and ASTM CMT standards.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and team mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMT projects from proposal to final invoice and payment.
• Review daily reports, resolve technical/administrative issues, and train field staff.
• Prepare invoices, pay applications, and assist with collections.
• Prepare proposals and change orders; lead client meetings and follow up on reports.
• Mentor junior project managers and help staffing decisions; grow client relationships.
