Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking an engineering and project management leader to drive medium-to-large capital projects for manufacturing operations. You will oversee scope, design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and startup, applying GMPs and sanitary design principles.

Lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers and technicians, and ensure asset utilization and process improvements across multiple facilities. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience leading medium-to-large capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving cost savings and operational excellence programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management for manufacturing operations, including scope, design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, implementation, and startup.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for capital projects and facility improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to optimize performance and asset utilization.
• Mentor engineers and technicians and develop technical capabilities within the team.
• Apply GMPs and sanitary design principles to engineering projects and ensure compliance.
