• Experience mentoring engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of capital projects including scope, design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and commissioning.
• Ensure GMPs and sanitary design principles are applied to projects.
• Manage external engineering firms, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
