Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. seeks an experienced Engineering & Project Manager to lead medium to large capital projects in a manufacturing setting. You will manage scope, budgeting, scheduling, line layouts, equipment procurement, and system integration while ensuring GMP and sanitary design standards are met.

You will mentor engineers and technicians, collaborate with operations, quality, and vendors, and drive cost reductions and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial).
• Experience leading capital projects in manufacturing or food-related ops.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large capital projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, line layouts, and equipment specs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Drive GMP compliance and sanitary design in projects.
• Improve processes for cost, safety, and productivity.
