Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer in Sumter, SC to lead end-to-end manufacturing projects. The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong leadership, and expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive product development, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The position offers base salary of $90K-$110K with 401K match and bonus opportunities. On-site work in a growing manufacturing environment with opportunities for impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project plans in manufacturing, delivering on time and within budget.
• Develop strategies including risk management and quality plans.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project elements.
• Drive product development to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Provide leadership to project teams and monitor progress.
• Communicate status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve project management tools and processes.
