Qualifications

  • 3+ years creating RFIs and client communications related to contract provisions.
  • 3+ years reading drawings and specs; outline submission requirements.
  • 2+ years preparing subcontract scopes and contracts.
  • 2+ years experience in project close-out and cost control.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee projects to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes.
  • Budget, organize, implement, and schedule project activities.
  • Ensure safety, ethics, and compliance with laws and standards.
