Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking an on-site Construction Engineering professional to plan, coordinate and manage activities across varied projects. You will develop schedules, oversee engineering tasks, and ensure cost effectiveness while supporting client communications.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to contract requirements. Candidates should have a Civil/Construction background with 4+ years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with AGTEK

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in civil engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with AGTEK Take-off and Primavera scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and manage onsite construction engineering activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical support in construction planning, design interpretation, and constructability reviews.
• Administer project engineering procedures and control documents.
• Attend client/project management meetings and mentor project staff.
