Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction software such as AGTEK Take-off and Primavera Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and manage onsite construction engineering activities to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Manage controls for contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.
• Provide technical support in planning, quality control, design interpretation, and constructability reviews.
• Supervise and mentor project staff to meet standards and develop skills.
