You will support scoping, production, and delivery of capital projects, performing research, calculations, and design while applying engineering criteria for cross‑discipline work.

Responsibilities

• Lead discipline delivery on complex or unusual projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort, managing adherence to scope and budget within the discipline.
• Coordinate technical aspects of the project with client counterparts and teaming partners.
• Assist with marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
