Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking an engineer to produce and modify design calculations, technical reports, plans, and specifications for diverse infrastructure projects. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with clients and partners to meet project goals.

The role supports multidisciplinary teams, coordinates across disciplines, and participates in proposal work while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant experience.
• Senior candidates may hold a Master’s degree or PhD with applicable experience.
• PE certification is preferred; AICP may be required depending on discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate technical aspects with clients and partners.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality delivery on multi-discipline projects.
• Develop design calculations, reports, and specifications for assignments.
