Kovalus Separation Solutions in Willmar, MN seeks an experienced Project Engineer to provide technical information and manage projects across the RELCO scope. You will design systems, document calculations, and lead major projects ($10M+), coordinating with engineering, construction, and customers on site.

This exempt, full‑time role requires a four‑year degree or equivalent, strong analytical and communication skills, and travel of 15–35%.

Qualifications

• Four year degree or relevant work experience required.
• Seven plus years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design systems and specify components that perform safely and to contract specifications.
• Document engineering calculations for designed systems and specified components.
• Manage major projects ($10M+) to meet schedule and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with construction for on-site install and ensure timely project updates.
• Maintain complete and organized engineering project files and requisition processes.
