Job summary

ISEC Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager with project administration, material releases, vendor follow-up, and submittals. You will help manage labor and delivery schedules, change orders, and field coordination across job sites in Pleasanton, CA.

You will help prepare monthly billings, cost projections, and maintain project documentation, ensuring quality control and adherence to contract documents and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in project engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with project controls, submittals, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, preparing, and finalizing project schedules.
• Procure and submit all project submittal information and manage approvals.
• Administer subcontract requirements, contracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate communications among owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain quality control procedures per contract documents and company policies.
• Support monthly billings, cost projections, and weekly logs.
