Job summary

ISEC, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager with administrative duties, submittals, and labor/delivery scheduling. You’ll coordinate with owners, GCs, and subs and help manage change orders and shop drawings.

The role requires 0–3 years of experience, a related bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong MS Office skills along with solid communication. On-site work at California project sites with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in project engineering or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; attention to detail
• Ability to work with project teams and vendors

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, preparing, and finalizing project schedules
• Procure and submit all submittal information; manage approvals
• Assist with subcontract administration, contract documents, and change orders
• Coordinate communications among owners, general contractors, and subs
• Ensure quality control procedures per contract documents and policies
• Assist PM with monthly billings, cost projections, and weekly logs
