Essenti Talent seeks a Senior Project Engineer for a major transportation infrastructure project in the Los Angeles area. The role partners with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and leadership to manage costs, controls, documentation, and closeout on large-scale civil projects.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in heavy civil, rail, transit, or electrical infrastructure with strong contracts, cost tracking, and reporting skills. Occasional travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience with large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, plans, specs, and documentation.
• Experience with cost tracking, change management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze labor costs, quantities, and production.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in executing large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Review and interpret drawings, specs, contracts, subcontracts, and project requirements.
• Track, prepare, review, and process Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications, and Claims documentation.
• Assist with identifying changes in project scope and documenting for compensation or schedule impacts.
• Monitor costs and maintain cost/production reports.
• Assist with cost forecasting and financial reporting.
