Verkada is hiring a Senior Project Engineer for the Global Services division in New York City. You will manage post-sales deployments, provide expert configuration, and train customers on Verkada products.

The role requires collaborating with regional managers to drive successful large-scale installations and customer outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in related roles, strong networking and security skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering, TAM, Network Engineer, or PS with Fortune 500 clients.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
• US citizenship or Green Card to meet FedRAMP compliance.
• Strong networking knowledge: HTTPS/SSL, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales deployments and provide expert configuration and training.
• Serve as the project lead for customer deployments in the client environment.
• Configure and fine-tune Verkada features, use cases, and analytics; conduct vendor-led training.
• Communicate with customers at all levels, from CIOs to IT directors.
• Collaborate with Global Services Manager and Sales to shape services strategies and cross-sell.
