Weaver Consultants Group in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior Project Engineer to join the Solid Waste CQA team. You will lead field QA/QC activities, supervise a team of engineering technicians, and coordinate with senior staff to produce certification reports.

The role requires at least 4 years of construction/engineering QA experience, a Bachelors in Civil/Environmental/Construction Engineering, and travel up to 25%. EIT/PE licensure is a plus. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in construction/engineering focusing on quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Construction Engineering (or similar). EIT/PE licensure a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Hands-on experience with field QA/QC activities and documentation.
• Strong understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.

• Supervision and performance of construction quality assurance and construction quality control activities across multiple states.
• Direct supervision of a team of engineering technicians.
• Coordinate with senior staff and management and direct support staff for construction documentation reports.
• Assist the project manager with finalizing field project data for certification reports.
