Job summary

Weaver Consultants Group is seeking a Construction Manager to join the Solid Waste CQA team in the Southwest Practice Group. The role includes field work coverage and supervision of QA/QC activities across several states, including coordination of field staff and documentation.

Responsibilities include supervising engineering technicians, assisting with field data for certification reports, and being available for field emergencies and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum in construction with field QA/QC exposure.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, specs, and regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and performance of construction QA/QC activities across multiple states.
• Direct supervision of engineering technicians.
• Coordinate with senior staff and manage documentation reports.
• Assist project manager with finalizing field data for reports.
• Travel to cover field staff PTOs, visits, and project phases.
• Be available to address emergencies with the project team.
• Coordinate field equipment with field staff.
