Markent Personnel seeks a Senior Project Engineer for a major FDOT heavy civil project in Orlando, FL. The role bridges technical execution with field realities, guiding RFIs, coordinating with owners and subcontractors, and supporting budget and schedule management.

You bring a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 3+ years in civil infrastructure, FDOT exposure, and proficiency with Procore or Primavera.

Qualifications

• BS in CM/CE or related field.
• 3+ years in civil infrastructure project engineering/CM.
• Experience on large infrastructure projects (>$50M).
• Knowledge of FDOT standards, specs, and QC.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support project meetings with owners, foremen, contractors, supervisors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate technical information between project team, owner, EOR, subs, and field leaders.
• Manage RFIs and coordinate non-conformance resolution.
• Review specs, data, plans, shop drawings for conformance.
• Schedule and monitor construction activities on large infrastructure work.
• Support layout, rebar coordination, formwork, and concrete placement.
