RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead technical and coordination efforts on a major FDOT roadway and bridge project. This role bridges field activity with engineering and owner coordination, including RFIs, subcontractors, and cost tracking, on a multi-hundred-million infrastructure program.

The candidate will drive safety, quality, and schedule performance, interfacing with EOR and owners, while managing budgets and resources for CIP concrete

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years in civil infrastructure or construction management.
• Experience on large infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with FDOT standards and project controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support project meetings with owners, foremen, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate technical information among project team, owner, EOR, subs, and field leadership.
• Manage RFIs and coordinate NCR resolutions.
• Review specs, plans, and shop drawings for conformance.
• Coordinate CIP walls, retaining walls, MSE walls, and wall work.
• Support layout, rebar coordination, formwork, concrete placement, and curing.
• Schedule and monitor large-scale infrastructure activities.
• Identify conflicts and delays before field disruption.
• Develop work plans with EOR and owner approval as needed.
• Estimate quantities, build BOMs, and help budgets.
