We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead design efforts, oversee projects, and mentor junior team members, coordinating assignments with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• 12+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with discipline-specific software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for multiple concurrent projects within your discipline.
• Assist with client interactions to understand requirements and solutions.
• Plan and coordinate phases of engineering work on moderate to large projects.
• Develop solutions and share best practices across teams.
• Prepare engineering documents and technical reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
