Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering design and project leadership.
• Proficient with design software and Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for multiple concurrent projects and tasks for your discipline.
• Assist Project Manager with client requirements, recommendations, and solutions.
• Attend client meetings or interviews in support of project manager.
• Plan, schedule, conduct or coordinate detailed phases of the engineering work.
• Design projects using advanced discipline knowledge and client specifications.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and share best practices across teams.
• Define parameters, review, and present alternative studies.
• Prepare or lead the preparation of engineering documents and reports.
• Evaluate workflow and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Provide cross-disciplinary reviews and constructability input.
