Job summary

Triangle DeCon Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the Los Angeles Community College District on bond-funded construction projects.

This role provides technical and administrative support to the PMO and District Facilities, Planning, and Development. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of construction experience, strong knowledge of documents and change order processes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in construction, engineering, or architecture required.
• Minimum seven years of professional construction experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Bluebeam and Adobe software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for the PMO.
• Track and follow up RFIs and submittals during design, pre-bid, and construction.
• Review Change Orders, Field Orders and other contractual documents.
• Coordinate with PMO and District FPD on Change Orders for active projects.
• Maintain Change Order Logs and project documentation for PMO and FPD.
• Assist in coordination meetings and prepare management reports.
