Job summary

The Greenridge Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer III to support Los Angeles Community College District bond-funded construction and capital improvements. You will review COs, manage RFIs and submittals, and coordinate with PMO, facilities, and design/construction teams to drive timely approvals.

This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with 7+ years in construction project engineering and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in construction project engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related qualifying discipline.
• Experience reviewing construction documents, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Experience using Bluebeam and Adobe software for document reviews and markups.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Change Orders, Field Orders, and related contractual documentation.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation across phases.
• Collaborate with PMO, facilities, design and construction teams for timely reviews.
• Maintain change order logs, tracking reports, and electronic records.
• Review drawings and related documents to support coordination and change management.
• Monitor CO status, identify delays, and help resolve issues.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports and meeting minutes.
• Participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders and construction teams.
• Support closeout activities, documentation reviews, and lessons learned.
• Ensure documentation and CO processes follow established procedures.
