Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager I for Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) in Southern California.

You will manage complex construction programs, contracts, schedules, and budgets with a focus on educational facilities and public works. Ideal candidates have 17+ years of full‑time project/construction management experience, 5+ years handling programs >$50M, and a degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management.

Qualifications

• 17 years of full-time project/construction management experience
• 5 years of managing large programs with projects >$50M
• 5 years in educational facility construction/public works/large commercial projects with CA or outside CA

Responsibilities

• Resolves complex construction project issues and disputes
• Develops, assigns, and monitors performance of OARs
• Reviews project status relative to schedules and budgets
• Reviews change orders and assesses impact on district
• Reviews and verifies submitted payment applications and manages project finances
• Coordinates with district departments and stakeholders
• Reviews and enforces contract administration and quality control
