CMP Services is seeking a Project Engineer III to support our team at the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). The role provides technical and administrative support for bond-funded construction projects, including managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, field orders, project documentation, and coordination between project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional construction-related experience.
• BS/BA Degree in construction, engineering, or architecture (or equivalent).
• Experience with document reviews and approvals.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical/administrative support for bond-funded construction projects.
• Track RFIs and submittals during design and construction phases.
• Review Change Orders, Field Orders, and other contract documents.
• Coordinate with PMO and District FPD on CO processing.
• Maintain Change Order Logs and project tracking records.
• Prepare reports for management review and closeouts.
• Read and interpret construction drawings to support reviews.
• Generate meeting minutes and distribute them to stakeholders.
