Barton Malow is seeking a Project Engineer to support high-profile, fast-paced projects across South Carolina. You will collaborate with superintendents, project managers, design partners, and trade contractors to maintain quality and timeline adherence.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation controls, and efficient field coordination. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and 3+ years of construction experience are expected. OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in construction or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with superintendents, PMs, designers and trade contractors.
• Process submittals, RFIs, agendas, and coordination meetings for timely reviews.
• Assist with schedule development, change order review, and cost tracking.
• Promote safety policies and compliance on the jobsite.
