Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the construction industry as a project engineer or similar, including major capital projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Design-Build experience preferred; CMAR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, technical, and administrative support during preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases.
• Manage project document control, including circulating, receiving, tracking, and maintaining organized files (e.g., plans, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, schedules, etc.).
• Oversee document management throughout all phases of design development and permitting.
