Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience managing construction projects with budgets of $5 million or more.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Project Chart of Accounts with the project team.
• Coordinate site logistics planning with the Project Superintendent.
• Assist in managing subcontractors effectively.
• Oversee the change-order and pay-request process.
