Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Project Engineer to lead day-to-day execution of engineering programs and Global Trade Compliance projects in Salt Lake City.

You will oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, and serve as the liaison between engineering PM, cross-functional teams, and leadership. Responsibilities include tracking progress, preparing reports, guiding project teams, coordinating with resource managers, and ensuring reviews and approvals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years without degree.
• Experience in managing engineering programs and Global Trade Compliance projects.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance or hold active clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tactical activities for assigned engineering programs and Global Trade Compliance projects.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance to align with customer expectations.
• Serve as primary contact between engineering PM, cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with resource managers to ensure staffing and approvals are obtained.
