Qualifications

L3Harris' Spectrum Superiority segment is seeking a Project Engineer responsible for managing the day‑to‑day tactical execution of assigned engineering programs and Global Trade Compliance projects. This role oversees cost, schedule, and technical performance, serving as the primary liaison between engineering project management, cross‑functional teams, and leadership. The position monitors project progress, resolves complex issues, and implements improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. It also provides coordination across resource managers, ensures required reviews and approvals are met, and may conduct project analyses to support future program effectiveness.

Essential Functions

• Implements strategic goals established by leadership on assigned projects

• An active Secret or Top Secret US DoD clearance or the ability to obtain a US DoD clearance
