Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Project Lead for CCA/PCB design in Salt Lake City. You will manage schedules, budgets, milestones, and assist program leadership with execution tracking, working across design, systems, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

Ideal candidates have strong EVMS, IMS planning, and cost-estimation experience, with cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication. US DoD clearance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 4+ years in project management, or 6+ years without a degree.
• Experience in cost tracking, scheduling, and EVMS concepts.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution for CCA/PCB design, including schedule and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with hardware, systems, manufacturing, and program management teams.
• Prepare and participate in gate reviews and status reporting.
• Interface with program leadership on risk and recovery actions.
