Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Bristol, PA, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Project Engineering to lead day-to-day engineering execution for airborne telemetry, RF, and embedded hardware programs.

You will coordinate cost, schedule, and technical performance across the lifecycle, working with engineering, program management, operations, and customers to ensure disciplined execution from proposal through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant engineering experience; or a Graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; or a minimum of 10 years of prior related engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience coordinating or leading engineering execution within defined cost, schedule, and technical requirements in a structured program environment.
• Experience in EVMS environment with cost and schedule performance tracking, ETC development, and IMS coordination.
• Experience supporting hardware or embedded system development in aerospace/defense, RF, telemetry, or mission-critical applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a United States security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cost, schedule, and technical execution of engineering projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the product lifecycle.
• Manage EVMS cost and schedule performance and ETC/IMS activities.
• Plan and support System/SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR reviews and flight test readiness.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and communicate status.
• Lead risk and opportunity management for engineering projects.
• Coordinate operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and QA for production transfer.
• Support bids/proposals with WBS, BOE, and technical baseline inputs.
