Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related engineering experience.
• Minimum 4 years in engineering leadership roles.
• 5+ years in embedded hardware design, development, or qualification.
• Experience with electrical hardware product development including power, analog, digital, and mixed-signal.
• Experience with requirements management, configuration control, and design documentation.
• Experience leading formal technical reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR, PRODUCTION readiness).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary product development team across Electrical, Firmware, FPGA, Software and Mechanical Engineering.
• Direct product development from concept through design, verification, qualification, and production transition.
• Provide technical oversight for embedded hardware including circuit design, power, analog/mixed-signal, PCB design, and packaging.
• Guide HDL development for programmable logic devices and integration into embedded systems.
• Ensure alignment with technical, schedule, cost, quality, manufacturability, and supportability objectives.
• Support formal reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR, PRODUCTION readiness) and release of design baselines.
