Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Bristol, PA is seeking a Senior Specialist, Project Engineering to lead day-to-day engineering execution for airborne telemetry, RF, and embedded hardware programs, coordinating cost, schedule, and technical performance across the product lifecycle.

This role requires collaboration with engineering, program management, operations, and customers to ensure disciplined execution from proposal and development through qualification, test, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years of engineering experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years without a degree.
• Experience coordinating engineering execution within defined cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Experience in EVMS environments with cost/schedule tracking and ETC development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cost, schedule, and technical execution of engineering projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the product lifecycle.
• Manage EVMS metrics, ETCs, and IMS coordination.
• Plan and support SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR and related reviews.
• Serve as primary technical interface with customers and suppliers.
• Lead risk and opportunity management for engineering.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and PM for on-time, on-budget execution.
