Job summary

You will drive program execution, align with cost, schedule, and technical objectives, and maintain key customer relationships. The role requires interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, with an on-site work arrangement in Bristol, PA and a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience; graduate degree required for 10+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, 16+ years experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of program management experience in DoD or Aerospace environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of EVMS experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of telemetry systems production and sustainment programs.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead programs through all phases with accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality for program execution.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate status to stakeholders.
