Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of product development experience with successful complex projects from concept to commercialization.
• Strong systems engineering background and design controls knowledge.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing without authority.
• Proficiency with ERP and PDM tooling (Kinetic/ SolidWorks PDM) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams aligned with company values and program goals.
• Serve as primary technical interface to customers and stakeholders.
• Author and oversee FRDs, specifications, and design documentation.
• Ensure requirements are defined, traceable, and validated.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive DFX initiatives balancing performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Review and approve technical solutions; escalate as needed.
• Develop WBS, schedules, resource plans, and effort estimates.
• Ensure adherence to SOWs, contracts, and project plans.
