Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years’ of experience, or 8 years’ of construction related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of Primavera, Timberline.

Responsibilities

• Supports Project Manager on the Management of Cost and Schedule.
• Submits and/or approves monthly billings and earned value reports.
• Manages development of critical path project schedule documents on one project or multiple projects.
• Analyzes targets, job cost summaries, and other reports.
• Reviews and negotiates change orders; tracks status.
• Manages procurement and field purchase orders.
• Ensures a safe work environment and supports QA/QC and risk management.
