Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and 4 years’ experience, or 8 years’ construction experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of Primavera, Timberline
• Ability to understand, customize and modify spreadsheets
• Ability to maneuver in and out of job site trailers and various terrains

Responsibilities

• Supports Project Manager on cost and schedule management
• Submits and/or approves monthly billings and earned value reports
• Develops critical path project schedules for one large or several projects
• Reviews change orders and tracks status with the team
• Assists procurement decisions and field purchase orders
• Oversees QA/QC, safety, and risk management with project staff
