Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking to hire a Senior Project Engineer to join our Roseville, CA office.

The Senior Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager and the Superintendent in organizing, scheduling, monitoring, and recording all activities part of construction management, ensuring progress on schedule and adherence to contract specifications while leading the work of others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in the field.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, Excel; Procore or similar software; Primavera P6.
• Experience with large commercial projects; healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and design teams and document information reviewed.
• Inspect construction site daily and manage subcontractors per contract documents.
• Document work performed and report findings for status updates and potential issues.
• Coordinate all submittals between subcontractors.
• Review designs and drawings for compliance with contract documents.
• Review all types of Submittals and Shop Drawings for contract compliance.
